LVP Flooring installation in Largo, Florida
This Largo condo flooring project included the installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring throughout a two-bedroom, two-bath residence near the beach. LVP provides the appearance of natural wood while offering durability, easy maintenance and good moisture resistance, making it a practical flooring option for Florida coastal homes and condominiums.
Before installation, the existing flooring and underlying surface were evaluated and prepared to provide a clean, level foundation for the new flooring. The finished LVP creates a consistent wood-look surface throughout the condo while providing a durable, low-maintenance flooring system designed for everyday use.

LVP Flooring Install
Because this project was located in a condominium, a sound-reducing underlayment membrane was installed before the new LVP flooring to help reduce sound transmission between units and meet the needs of the building environment.
Once the floor preparation and underlayment were complete, new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring was installed throughout the condo. New flat-profile baseboards and trim were added around the finished areas to provide a clean transition and complete the updated look.
The finished flooring provides the appearance of natural wood with the durability, moisture resistance and easy maintenance that make LVP a practical choice for a Florida condo.
